When you visit this city, you definitely do not want to miss certain attractions: the famous Groninger Museum, “d’Olle Grieze” (the Martinitower) and numerous cosy bars on and around the Grote Markt (market square).
There are many ways to discover the city: on foot, for instance, by going on a city walk or by going on a boat tour through the canals of Groningen. Of course, you can also discover its culture and history yourself by taking one of our (free) hotel bikes. Outside the city, you can enjoy the abundance of nature and peace that Groningen to offer. The inner city offers great shopping possibilities for “shopaholics”. During the summer, you can enjoy a relaxing time on one of the pleasant patios.
